Just 52 cards in a single deck — 44ac's Single Deck Blackjack offers up to 99.5% RTP, transparent gameplay, and the chance to reduce the house edge to only 0.15% by following basic strategy.
Blackjack is one of the world's most popular casino card games, but not all versions are equal. Single Deck Blackjack at 44ac is the most player-friendly version — because it uses just one deck of 52 cards. Other versions use 6 or 8 decks shuffled together, which are much harder to track and have a higher house edge.
The advantage of a single deck is that players can retain much more information about the remaining cards in each round. If basic strategy is followed correctly, the house edge at 44ac's Single Deck tables is just 0.15%—meaning on average only ৳15 lost per ৳10,000 wagered. This is one of the lowest house edges available in any casino game.
44ac platform offers two versions of Single Deck Blackjack. One is an RNG (Random Number Generator) based software game where you can play at your own pace. The other is a live dealer version where a real dealer deals cards via HD streaming. For beginners, starting with the RNG version is better—less pressure and more time to think.
The core goal of blackjack is simple — get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. If you exceed 21, you "bust" and lose. Each card has a value: cards 2 through 10 are worth their face value. Jack, Queen, and King are worth 10. Ace is special — it counts as either 1 or 11, whichever works better for your hand.
When the game starts, both you and the dealer receive two cards each. Your two cards are face-up, but one of the dealer's cards is face-down (the Hole Card). You then decide: take another card (Hit), stay with your current hand (Stand), double your bet and take one card (Double Down), or split if you have a pair (Split). In single deck, there's a clear mathematical formula for each of these decisions.
Many players don't realize how significantly the number of decks affects blackjack. A single deck contains 52 cards and is shuffled after every round, keeping card distribution completely transparent. Multi-deck games (6 or 8 decks) use 416 or 448 cards, which tilts the advantage toward the house.
In Single Deck, the probability of getting an Ace-10 pair (Blackjack) is slightly higher than in multi-deck. Additionally, Double Down and Split opportunities are more fruitful because your understanding of specific card counts is much clearer. At 44ac's Single Deck tables, the deck is reshuffled after every deal, ensuring game transparency.

The number of decks directly impacts your chances of winning.
Beware of 6:5 Payouts: Some casinos pay 6:5 on blackjack instead of 3:2, which increases the house edge by about 1.4%. At 44ac's Single Deck tables, you always get a 3:2 payout.
From the very beginning — every step explained simply.
Once the table loads, use the betting chips to set your wager amount. You can start from a minimum of BDT ৳200. Click the "Deal" button.

Dealer reveals the hole card. If you're closer to 21, you win. Winnings are credited instantly, start the next round.
Take another card to increase your hand value. But be careful — going over 21 means bust.
Stand with your current hand value without taking more cards. Usually Stand when you have 17+.
Double your original bet and take exactly one additional card. Best opportunity when hand value is 9, 10, or 11.
Split two cards of equal value into two separate hands. Always split Aces and 8s—it's profitable.
Following this chart brings the house edge down to just 0.15%. Every decision is mathematically proven.

Never split a 5-5 pair—it equals a valuable 10 hand. Double Down instead.
| Win Type | Payout | Example (BDT 2,000 bet) |
|---|---|---|
| Blackjack (A+10) | 3:2 | BDT 3,000 win |
| Regular Win | 1:1 | BDT 2,000 win |
| Draw (Push) | 0 (refund) | You'll get your bet back |
| Insurance win | 2:1 | ৳1,000 win |
| Double Down win | 1:1 | BDT 4,000 win |
| Surrender | -0.5 | BDT 1,000 refund |
| Win after Split | 1:1 (per hand) | ৳2,000 per hand |
If the dealer's visible card is an Ace, you're offered Insurance—half your original bet. If the dealer has Blackjack, Insurance pays 2:1. But statistically, taking Insurance is detrimental in the long run—because the dealer's actual probability of having Blackjack is only 30.8%. So 44ac's pro players typically avoid Insurance.
Beyond basic strategy, 44ac's Single Deck Blackjack allows certain additional tactics that experienced players use. First, Soft Hand Strategy. A Soft Hand means you have an Ace counting as 11. For example, Ace+6 = Soft 17. In this situation, Hit because there's no risk of busting—the Ace can drop from 11 to 1.
Second, bankroll management. It's best not to wager more than 5% of your total bankroll on a single hand in any session. For example, if you have ৳20,000, keep your maximum bet per hand at ৳1,000. This way, even a bad streak won't wipe out your entire bankroll.
Third, Soft 17 vs Hard 17. If the dealer has Soft 17 (Ace+6), 44ac's rules require the dealer to Hit. This is actually slightly favorable for the player—because the dealer risks busting. Knowing this rule helps you make better decisions.
Late Surrender is often ignored by players, but it's a valuable option. If your hand totals 15 or 16 and the dealer shows 10 or Ace, Surrender — you'll get half your original bet back. It's better than losing everything. Especially Hard 16 (not 8+8) versus dealer 10 or Ace — in that situation, Surrender is the smartest decision.

44ac hosts blackjack tournaments every week. Tournament rules differ slightly from regular ring games — everyone starts with the same chip count, and after a set number of hands, whoever has the most chips wins. 44ac's monthly Grand Tournament prize pool reaches up to ৳5,00,000.
Tournament strategy differs from ring games. In tournaments, you sometimes need to take bigger risks — like doubling down or splitting in situations you normally wouldn't. Make decisions based on other players' chip stacks — play aggressively when behind, conservatively when ahead.
Expected Value or EV in blackjack is the average profit or loss of a specific decision over the long term. Following basic strategy gives you the highest EV for each decision. For example, when your hand totals 11, the EV of Double Down is typically higher than Hit or Stand — because you have the greatest chance of drawing a 10-value card.
Following correct basic strategy on 44ac's single deck brings the house edge down to just 0.15%. If you play 1,000 hands averaging BDT 2,000 per bet, that's BDT 20,00,000 total wagered — 0.15% of that is only BDT 3,000 expected loss. But wrong decisions can push this much higher.
